Racer Who Care spokesracer, Ryan Regalado, a champion motorcycle road racer, is to share his Quick Tips on Winning in Life with young Shriners Hospitals for Children – Los Angeles patients.

In an amazing life-changing turnabout, Regalado is taking a hiatus from racing at the end of August to go to the Philippines for 10 months, where he has family ties, to work on anti-poverty and missionary projects! View here

NORTH HILLS, Calif. (April 10, 2008) - There are very few race-car drivers who contribute their valuable time to give back to their sport and to others as much as cancer survivor Jack Beckman does. The driver of the Valvoline/Mail Terminal Services Dodge Charger R/T Funny Car for Don Schumacher Racing doesn't spend his time between and during NHRA national events helping prepare his car for competition. He has a talented group of crew members and a crew chief to handle that. Bridgewater native lives in the fast lane

When Bridgewater native Scott Horner was in third grade at Crim Elementary School, he sent away for a book about motor racing. Looking at the pictures and stories of legendary land-speed racers, many of whom wore the Bonneville 200 MPH Club ring, Horner decided he would one day join their ranks. View full article here:

"I CAN WHEEL THE TOOLBOX UP TO YOUR CAR, BUT YOU HAVE TO USE THE TOOLS INSIDE IT!"

They had to appreciate his contagious sense of humor as he shared that his son, Jason Russell, is just learning to walk and that at age 41, he still is a kid at heart himself. He said he's enthusiastic about teaching and sharing with children because "as I understand it, I was once one!"

But his message of inspiration usually will be geared to Racers Who Care's core goal: to combat juvenile delinquency and drug and alcohol abuse among young people through educational and recreational activities. View full article here
